After breaking up five years ago, British rave veterans Orbital have announced their reunion, which so far entails a new single and a series of tour dates.

The brother-duo of Phil and Paul Hartnoll today shared the news via Facebook with a video that lists three upcoming UK festival performances this summer. They'll take place June 3 at Dublin's Forbidden Fruit, July 8 at Bluedot in Jodrell Bank near Manchester, and July 28 at Hertfordshire's Standon Calling. Listen to their aptly-titled new single "Kinetic" here.

Named for the M25 London motorway, Orbital was formed in 1987, and they released their first single, "Chime" in 1989. They released eight albums—their last thus far being 2012's Wonky—and have scored films including Pusher and Octane. The duo initially disbanded in 2004 before coming together again in 2009. During their most recent split, Paul last year worked with Depeche Mode's Vince Clarke.

A statement made to the Guardian from the reformed duo reveals that Paul didn't speak to his brother in the five years following their 2012 breakup. "We've a tempestuous relationship, not because we don't love the music, but because we do," he said. "Sometimes it's been impossible to carry on. But we've sorted it out now. And this time, we're going to keep it."
