Alison Wonderland Has News Regarding Her Tour, Her Album and McLovin

Ready your speakers.

If you know THUMP, you know Alison Wonderland. Her words have graced our pages, her music has sat on our charts, her mixes have been part of our celebrations, and her Instagrams have prompted many a rapid double-tap from our staff. Today, she announced a ménage à trois of music and music-related news that will be warmly welcomed by her cult fanbase. In the next few months, Wonderland will launch her first North American tour, release her debut album and drop a music video featuring Christopher Mintz-Plasse AKA McLovin of Superbad.

Run, Wonderland's highly-anticipated full-length, comes on the heels of a five-track EP that was released earlier last year, Come Down. It became a staple for festival DJs and angsty teens alike for its earnest lyrics and sea floor-scraping bass. Coupled with the reception of her most recent single, "U Don't Know" featuring Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips, have many expecting big things from Run. Set for release through Astralwerks on April 7, the album is available for pre-order here.

The announcement of Alison's first North American tour will be similarly well-recieved by her stateside fans that have long been clamouring to get a taste of her legendary Australian shows. Including stops at both weekends of Coachella, the tour will take her to 13 additional cities including NYC, Miami, Vancouver, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
