Prince, who died on April 21, left behind a trove of unreleased music that he had locked in a vault to which only he knew the combination. Now reports are coming in that Prince's music vault has been drilled open.

According to various sources, including ABC News, Bremer Bank, who holds temporary jurisdiction over the estate, drilled the vault open last night. The recordedings housed inside is reported to hold enough material for a new album to be released once a year for the next 100 years.

Speaking to Good Morning America, Prince's recording engineer, Susan Rogers, claimed the large vault's shelves to be filled with recordings, enough that "we could put out more work in a month than most people could do in a year or more."

Prince's sister Tyka Nelson who claimed not to be aware of any known will has filed paperwork to become executor of the estate. Under Minnesota state law, which grants equal authority to half and full blooded brothers and sister, Nelson and her five half-siblings would divide the estate.
