Move over, Guy Fieri, culinary culture has got a hot new BBQ chef — Seth Troxler.According to FACT, the American DJ, producer and labelhead has finally established a permanent home for his popular pop-up venue Smokey Tails. The impromptu restaurant has previously appeared in cities across three continents—from Melbourne, to Amsterdam, to Miami—and will now be located indefinitely at London's Hoxton Square.It's worth noting that Troxler's foray into foodie culture isn't a phase: the DJ has won the Amsterdam Dance Event DJ cook-off three years in a row, and Smokey Tails was previously the restaurant component to the Dalston, London night club Night Tales. The new and expanded menu highlights several family recipes, including "Troxler family BBQ sauce" slathered on pulled pork, Grandma T's fried chicken, and for vegetarians, smoked halloumi braised with burnt tomato ketchup.If this is all making your mouth water, be sure to book a table for Smokey Tails's April 22 grand opening here.
