Time Warp US Adds Sven Väth, Black Coffee, Apollonia and More to Their Phase Two Lineup

Taking place in a 138,000 square-foot armory, this festival is officially techno heaven.

The Cosmopop-owned German festival enterprise Time Warp—which has partnered with Dutch promoter ID&T and New York's TCE Presents for its US edition—is gearing up for their second year in Brooklyn, this time at the 138,000 square-foot Bedford Armory. Last year's debut was a fixture in the news thanks to venue changes, Richie Hawtin's infamous #speakergate, and of course, the arrival of some of the best techno DJs to ever hit New York. Today, organizers have announced a phase two lineup that includes a veritable United Nations of international stars like German techno papa Sven Väth, South Africa's Black Coffee, a live set from Bavaria's Recondite, Parisian trio Apollonia, Berlin figure Len Faki, New York City's Thugfucker, and Germany's Monkey Safari.

These acts will join the mouthwatering group of artists already on the lineup: Ricardo Villalobos, making his first US appearance since 2011, and Seth Troxler and Jamie Jones, who will play a four-hour b2b set.

This year's event runs November 20-21 from 10PM-6AM, and will once again feature the signature two-floor cave design shipped straight from Germany. Pre-sale tickets are already sold-out, but don't fret—2-day GA passes are up for grabs.
