When he's not touring the world with Hot Chip or running his record label Greco Roman, Joe Goddard's probably hanging out with longterm mate and collaborator Raf Rundell. Since 2009, the lads have been recording and playing out as The 2 Bears and have become synonymous with the kind of breezy and bouncy big room house that sends clubbers into paroxysms of delight.

Last year saw the release of their second LP for Southern Fried, The Night is Young, and they've done the done thing and got a ton of mates — including Henrik Schwarz, Patrice Baumel, and Martin Buttrich — to remix the entire thing. The boys have been nice enough to give us an exclusive listen to a remix by noted French pianist Erik Sat….hold on, we've read that wrong. Let's start over: we've got a remix for you courtesy of German producer Emanuel Satie,

Satie's interpetation of "Get Out" is a solid, sturdy thing, an Ikea bookshelf of a re-rub. Goddard's disembodied, cut-up vocal bounces over and under the kind of judiciously juicy piano stabs that send us straight back to the glory days of '92.
