Since splitting from electro-house giants Crookers, Italian producer BOT has been anything but quiet. He's started up the label Main Course alongside Neoteric and Astronomar, and they've been serving up a delectable selection of banging club snax. (Check a really awesome mix they did for THUMP here.) Meanwhile, he's been shut in the studio in West London, and is now creating a kind of broken-up hybrid of techno, house, and electro that sounds a lot like that cantina scene in Star Wars looks.Nuthin' But Fire, his new EP with German producer TAI, comes out tomorrow on Dim Mak and is full of wild machined sounds that are anything but your average stop-drop-and-bang tracks. And to go along with it Kwon & Kwon have come up with a futuristic aquarium full of dancing Anubis, rad shapes, and colors brighter than midday in Miami. Fire up your cerebral cortex and smoke this with your mind, man.
