Shiba San’s Tiga Remix is a Subtle Ode to Musical Globalization

Parisian producer takes on the Canadian dance music don’s “Don’t Break My Heart."

A Tiga remix was recently unveiled to the Internet and it's just as bewitching as the original. Birthed by a Canadian veteran, and inherited by a Parisian up-and-comer, the Shiba San remix of "Don't Break My Heart" is a subtle ode to the wondrous realm of musical globalization.

The quiet sounds of the original number have been amplified as San exposes a more aggressive side to the formerly delicate tune. While the subtleties of the predecessor may have faded, thankfully, those passionate automaton vocals maintain their pre-dominate role in the enormously indulgent new version of the techno masterpiece.
