Warp Records affiliate Hudson Mohawke made his acting debut last night in the new episode of David Lynch's Twin Peaks. In the rebooted season's ninth episode, the Glasgow producer performed an unreleased song "Human" at the fictional Bang Bang bar—a sparse, ghostly track, made up of little more than sparse percussion and a haunting melody.

The scene takes place at about the 52-and-a-half minute mark of the show. It also features a cameo from actress and musician Sky Ferreira, who nods along to the beat in a booth facing the stage.

Twin Peaks' last episode featured a performance from Nine Inch Nails, who appeared as "the Nine Inch Nails." Previous episodes have seen cameos from a host of musicians, including Chromatics, Dirty Beaches' Alex Zhang Hungtai, and more.

Earlier this year, Brainfeeder founder (and fellow Warp signee) Flying Lotus shared a rattling, bass-heavy remix of Angelo Badalamenti's original Twin Peaks theme.
